Great Britain: Rotherham County Football Club Limited, £1 shares, 19[22], #234, black, red seal. Founded in 1877 as Thornhill Football Club, changing to this in 1905. It won the Midland League from 1911 to 1915. They merged with local rivals Rotherham Town to form Rotherham United as is noted on the certificate. VF and rare.
