1859 (29 Aug.) buff envelope to Cornwall bearing 1859 12½c. deep yellow-green (2) tied by circular "50" with neat Windsor despatch c.d.s. at left, straight-line "registered" in black and with Paid Liverpool Col. Packet, standard-type London registred dated oval with a distinctive Liverpool crown/"registered" in red and faint Wadebridge arrival c.d.s. (8.9) plus a London transit c.d.s. on the reverse. Some trivial soiling around edges, a very good franking S.G. 39
