1865 (11 June) a double-sealed wrapper from the Austrian court to the General Consulate in London bearing Austria 1864 10kr. blue (3, one on reverse) and 15kr. yellow-brown (2) tied by Brux despatch c.d.s., marked "franco" in black ink, with boxed "Recomandirt" in red and an unframed handstamp in black, superb strikes of the European crown/"registered" and boxed "P.D." in bright red, a good strike of the Foreign Branch "prussia/registered" around crown (A&H 1499) plus two strikes of the standard-type London registered dated oval with codes "B" and "CH", the reverse flap with a fine strike of Leipzig transit (12.6), uncancelled 10kr. and the wax seal of the court and would open out well for display. An exceptional cover which is remarkably fresh and uncreased. Ferchenbauer Certificate (1991)
