Lifan: 1942 (Nov.) double registered envelope to Sintu bearing 8c. and 50c. (a third adhesiver has fallen off) tied by Tasba Postal Agency circular handstamp with four sections and handstruck "A.R." in black alongside, Sintu arrival (21.11) and redirected to Chengtu (24.11) before being returned to Lifan (15.1) as proof of receipt. There are a couple of spike holes. This is the only known example of this postal agency. Photo
