A small group with 1934 (31 Dec.) envelope from The Himalaya Club to The Everest Committee in London bearing India 8½a. franking tied by Calcutta c.d.s. (the 1935 effort was to be a reconnaissance mission for the full scale assault in 1936), a greetings postcard of the 1936 Expedition signed by Noel Humphreys, a manuscript letter on British-American Himalayan Expedition 1936 from Arthur Emmons and some newspaper clippings.
