Incoming Mail: 1938 (20 Feb.) G.B. K.G.V 1½d. postal stationery envelope cancelled by Newport Monmouthshire machine postmark, addressed to A.Phillips, G.P.O. Tibet, there is an air mail cachet, boxed "retour" and unframed "Undelivered for reasons stated//to be returned to sender/at the address shown on cover" struck in deep carmine; the reverse with two part strikes of Gyantse type B5 c.d.s. for (6.3) and (13.3), four Bombay square D.L.O. cancellations dated between (17.3) and (22.4) along with boxed "inconnu/not known", some manuscript notation including "No such person at Tibet".
