The Order of St. John of Jerusalem, Serving Brother’s breast badge, silver-gilt and enamel, reverse silvered; British War and Victory Medals (Capt. D. O. Richards.), Pair mounted as worn, good very fine (3)

Douglas Oliver Richards served with the Royal Army Medical Corps at the rank of Captain. He applied for his Medals on 14 September 1921, also putting in an application for an I.G.S. clasp 'Afghanistan N.W.F. 1919' and a G.S.M. for service in Iraq and Kurdistan. His Medals were issued to Onslow House, 9 The Green, Richmond; sold with a mounted group of three miniature dress medals.
