R.V.M. Silver confirmed 21 May 1957.

Sigurdur Bjarnason Pjetursson was born in 1916 and first entered service in the Danish Royal Court as a footman to Crown Prince Frederik in 1946. Serving in King Frederik IX's Court from 1947-72 and was thence Clerk of the Royal Household from 1972-82. He died in 1999.

Sold together with a plethora of original Certificates of award including those for both Royal Victorian Medals, the Icelandic award from President Asgeirsson for the 1954 State Visit, all three Danish awards and the other foreign awards.
