Note: In 1889 Bock gave Basset Hull an example of the 5/- and 10/- plate proof but only had one single example of the 3d. He wrote "I am sorry I have no proofs of the stamps, excepting the 5s., 10s., and only one of the 3d., which I think is the best of the series.
