The records suggest that only one strip of five was discovered in the collection of M.C. Chow, this was subsequently split into two pairs and a single. The second pair was in the collections of Dougan, Goodwyn and Eide


威海䘙第一版跑差郵票: 5分樣票橫雙連， 黑色印於紅色紙， 票圖䅁雙圓圈形， 中央為 "和" 漢字， 上為 "C&Co."， 下為 "WHW"， 樣票上端邊位粗糙， 正如其他已知樣票; 異常珍罕， 保存狀態良好. 具Livingston簽署. 根據記錄在M.C， Chow的藏集中只發現有一件五連票， 之後分截為一個單票及两件雙連票; 第二件雙連票曾先後收於Dougan， Goodwyn及Eide藏集中.
