1896年9月21日日本軍人自威海䘙寄日本群馬縣美術封帶原信函, 貼小判二錢票, 銷威海䘙紅色第一郵便局軍郵日戳, 封下端可見部分的到達日戳. 信函保存完好. 由於此封並非寄給軍人家屬(免郵費), 所以要付郵費二錢.
