1678 (2-5 September) two pages from the London Gazette, the first with a notice by the Lord Treasurer that "several Papers and Forms of Blanks, relating to His Majesties Revenue" have been printed without his order "by private Persons", going on to state that all future papers are to be printed by "his Majesties Printers" in Blackfriars and can also be obtained from Robert Horne bookseller and George Marriot, stationer. The second, 1683 (25-28 June) page with Royal Proclamation of Charles II detailing reforms to his "Majesties Revenue of Excise", noting the general dissatisfaction with the distribution of profit to the farmers of the revenue.
