1795 (26 Oct.) entire letter from Germany to the Royal Garden, Kew, on reverse a most attractive and largely intact red wax seal and a superb strike of the rare "pp/1795" in circle, London Foreign Office transfer datestamp, which was applied to letters from abroad, addressed to London and transferred to the London Penny or Twopenny post.
