1866 (1 Aug.) septuple rate blue envelope (221x98mm.) registered from Charlotte Town to New Glasgow, showing Carvell Brothers advertising ring at left with manuscript "Registered No 54" and bearing perf. 11 9d. dull mauve marginal strip of three each cancelled and tied by oval of bars, the reverse with despatch and arrival datestamps; the strip with defects in places though the largest multiple known of the 9d. value on cover.
