1865 (28 Nov.) envelope registered from Charlotte Town to New Glasgow, bearing perf. 11½-12 3d. blue and 6d. yellow-green both cancelled "13" and showing curved "registered" handstamp (P100) in red alongside, the reverse with P5, Pictou (30.11) and arrival (1.12) datestamps. A rare and attractive showpiece franking with few of the Registered handstamp recorded. Photo
