Russia 1860s/1930s mint & used collection, nicely-mounted in a spring-back album, a large portion of the collection dedicated to a study of the Coat of Arms and Imperial Eagle issues, with several hundred mostly used, but also note better early Soviet issues including mint #485-486, 487-488, 540-545, 551-54, 597-604, and C53-57, Russian Offices in China and Offices in Turkey, with #1 appears used but with small faults, as well as handstamped overprints of Ukraine, some small faults, but mainly fine and attractive collection.
