Roman States & Vatican City collection, in three White Ace albums, beginning with a nice selection of used 1852 Papal Keys imperforates, note Sc #10 used with clear APEX certificate, followed by a run of 1867/68 reprints, complete thereon from the first 1929 issues through to 1981, including the key 1934 surcharged set, hinged, the top value with clear APEX certificate, a review suggests hinged to the mid-1950s and largely n.h. from then on, chiefly fine-very fine, fresh and attractive.
