1858 (9 June) and 1861 (14 Aug.) entire letters ex the Ken McLea correspondence from St. John's to Oporto, the former marked "Via France" and showing red crayon "11", Greenock (28.6) and red London Paid (29.6) transit datestamps, circular-framed "pp", Calais entry d.s. and handstruck "480", the latter marked "p. Osprey" and showing red crayon "1", "10" and "1/-", "st. johns newfoundland/paid" c.d.s. in red, London Paid transit c.d.s. (16.9), handstruck "160" and arrival datestamp (22.9).
