Type numbers quoted in this and the following sections are those by Stanley Gibbons. There are sub-types of Types 1, 2, 7 and 12 and when quoted these are used by H.R. Holmes in his article in the London Philatelist, November 1962, etc.
A used selection representing the seventeen types, comprising First printing Types 1 to 6 on 5/-, Second printing Types 6 to 13 on 4d. blue without outer frame-line, Type 14 on 6d. deep lilac and Types 16 to 18 on 1d. , mostly cancelled with datestamps; a couple with faults though of good to fine appearance.
