Large group of documents (33) relating to Native labour, including '1944 Extra-territorial or Northern native Identification Pass' (2) 1935-40 exemption certificates (3), 1924 South African Railways 'Free Pass' rail ticket, 1946 certificate of employment, Group of various types of travelling pass (16), with many of significant interest including a 'Special Night Pass' 1923 Native Tax registration certificate, 1926-35 'Permits to seek work' (2), 1926-35 receipts for payment of monthly fee (3) and Big Game Licenses (2) for Okavango area. A quite extraordinary accumulation and a unique opportunity to add interest to a display.
