1951 Registration card bearing payment for 1951-55 paid with 1931 postage ½d. and 1d. surcharged "Ovambo/ 5/-" (two types of overprint), 1952 and 53 paid with 1949 UPU postage overprinted "Ondonga/ 5'-", 1955 paid with 1952 "Riebeeck" postage surcharged "Ovambo/ 7/6", creasing running through one Ondonga issue though this card doubly rare- being one of only two recorded cards bearing Ovambo issues, (the tribe had only 405 taxpayers in 1936) and one of three recorded cards bearing stamps overprinted for two different tribes.
