Bahamas collection of 1901-31 complete and part mint sheets carefully preserved in one large-format "Safe" album, including 1902 1/- block of 54, 1906-11 MCA wmk. with complete sheets of the 1d and 4d values, 1920 Peace Celebration, 1931-46 2/- and 3/- complete sheets accompanied by R.P.S. certificates, also includes one fiscal document showing a mixed franking including 1863-77 and 1884-90 issues, 1868 copy of the Atlantic Mail S.S. Co. contract for mail service in the Bahamas and a letter of protest by the U.S. consul concerning a shipwreck, generally very fine and unusual.
