1875 (9 Oct.) mourning envelope to Sherbro, marked "Via Marseilles", bearing 1867-72 12c. blue and 30c. claret, both tied by dumb obliterator, showing red crayon "1", blue crayon "1d" and manuscript "1/5" in purple, unframed "unpaid" h.s., "singapore/paid" c.d.s. in red, part London Paid transit d.s. (8.11) and, on reverse, "sierra leone" double-arc d.s. (27.11); the envelope with some peripheral faults. Very scarce. Photo
