Aethelred II (978-1016), Penny, 1.36g, Long Cross type, London, Swetinc, bare headed bust left, rev. +SPETINC M’O LVND, long cross voided with each arm terminating in three crescents, pellet in one quarter (N774; S1151), minimal wear with a few peck marks, toned, good very fine.
