1866-69: GB/1f66c: 1869 (14 May) blue commercial entire to Rheims, France "Via Marseilles" with Carst. Lels & Co handstamp in lower corner and bearing a light strike of the type M diamond accountancy handstamp in black with the Hong Kong c.d.s. (25.5) on the reverse; with handstruck "10" rate mark, the reverse with Yokohama despatch c.d.s. plus various French transit and arrival c.d.s. There is a light horizontal filing crease; fresh and fine. A very good cover. Webb RR. Photo

This mail was carried by Japan Line from Yokohama to Hong Kong where it was transferred to the P&O line to France via Suez
