Celtic, Gallo-Belgic, imported coinage, (c.60-20 BC), gold Stater, 6.15g, 'Gallic War Uniface' type, blank but undulating around 50% of periphery, rev. horse right, abstract rider above, groundline below, eye? before, other dispersed symbols (ABC 16; Scheers p.336, Class II. Pl. VI, 153, Gallo-Belgic 'E'; VA 52-1; S.11), reverse a little flat but certainly presentable, clear rider, very fine, this a prolific issue
