Queen Anne
1712 (28 November) an Exemplification of Common Recovery. An indenture on vellum in Latin with printed Queen's portrait without crown, large initial capital and royal arms and elaborate national emblems.

The Exemplification is by John Dover from William Rudge of two messuages, 70 acres land, 44 meadow, 30 pasture and common pasture in Upton on Severn and Kersoe in Elmley Castle, Worcestershire.

With Seal of Court of Common Pleas in tin skippet, largely preserved and generally a good impression; also bearing pair of 5/- general duty die blue revenue stamps. Photo
