San Francisco Prices Current to Lima, rated "50" (cents) over-written "32" and with red crayon "6" (6d.) alongside, showing superb "paid" handstamp alongside a fair strike of the Crowned Circle which is crossed by a light filing crease, despatch double-arc datestamp on reverse. An unusual usage of this Crowned Circle written some six months before the USA-GB convention superseded the old USA-PNSC agreement for a 50c. per half ounce rate. R.P.S. Certificate (2013). S.G.
