1690 (15 May) wrapper to The Excise Office in London marked "ffrank, A member of Parliament" with manuscript rate deleted, the reverse bears a fine strike of the small Bishop Mark "MA/15". Also 1698 (5 Jan.) wrapper to "Wm. Guidott Esq., member of Parliament in Lincolns Inn Field" with rate mark and the large Bishop Mark on the reverse; light soiling. (2 covers)
