Biddle, Formerly of Dairen, South Manchuria, American Internee in Japan, bearing Cuba 60c. franking tied by despatch c.d.s, large "ministerio de communicacion/cuba ..." handstamp in violet and "Cuaro-Ote/Certincado Nro." dated handstamp in blue; U.S. and British censor seals, one each side and backstamps of Miami, New York and Geneva; bearing "ICM/130817" in red crayon and pencil "382"; vertical fold.
