#146a, 2c Red brown, diagonal half used as 1c, the upper left half still attached to an entire stamp and tied by segmented cork cancels to buff cover with "Lehigh Coal and Navigation Company" return and original enclosure, matching "Lehighton, Pa./Jan 9" datestamp alongside, very fine; bisect usages of the 2c Red brown are much scarcer than its relatively modest catalog value would indicate; 1975 PF certificate.
