#14S, 36c Brown and rose with "Specimen" overprint, a rare vertical strip of five as supplied to a U.P.U. issuing authority, these are almost never kept intact, exceptionally well centered, o.g., small color offset on the gum of top stamp, otherwise n.h., choice very fine (S.G. #32S).
