1899 (4 Dec.) Canadian Contingent "Maple leaf" crested envelope from G.W. Leonard of "B" Company at De Aar to Brantford, bearing 1d. with large part c.d.s., arrival c.d.s. (12.1) on reverse. Private Leonard died of wounds received at Zand River on 15 June 1900
