1865 (8 Sept.) locally addressed envelope (slightly truncated at left), marked "Registered Letter", bearing 1862 (Nov.) yellowish toned paper, perf. 11½-12 2d. to pay local letter rate and 6d. yellow-green compound perf 11¾x11x11¾x11¾ paying the registration fee, both cancelled by 10 bar oval and showing, on reverse, Type P5 datestamp.
