(29.9) at lower left, the reverse showing a fair strike of the Akassa triple-oval d.s. (Sacher Type 2, S.G. Type 1, "aug 96") and Wragby c.d.s. (30.9); the envelope with a little foxing though a rare and unusual mail from this up-country office. Photo
