1869 (15 Oct.) entire letter to Genes bearing Egypt 1867-71 1pi. with "poste egiziane/cairo" cancellation ("regie" removed), and 1863-65 40c. rose with "233" in lozenge of dots and "alessandria d'egitto/poste italiane" cancellations, on reverse "poste egiziane/alessandria" (also with "regie" removed); light filing fold well clear of the adhesives and markings, fine and an extremely rare combination franking.
