1850-C 5 Dollars, Weak C. AU. Variety 15-G. Resulting from a lapped die, the C mintmark is extremely faint with the upper portion being the most visible. The surfaces remain attractive with golden color that slightly intensifies toward the rims. Several light hits show in the fields, but are not individually distracting.
