Victoria Travelling Post Offices The South Gippsland Line Using Reallocated Numbers 2 and 7 1899 (29 June) 1d. orange card from Korumburra to Melbourne and cancelled with superb "up train/m.g. 2/t.p.o/2" small duplex, and 1911 (3 July) envelope (complete with letter headed "Cranbourne", stains on reverse) to Melbourne and bearing 1d. red cancelled with fine "t.p.o. 7/up" Commonwealth type c.d.s. Estimate £ 100-120 Note: TPO 2 was allocated to this line in 1898. It previously ran on the Ballarat Line. TPO 7 was allocated to this line in 1898. It previously ran on the Stawell Line.
