St. Helena Queen Victoria Covers 1865 (21 June) envelope "via England" to Madras and redirected to Bellary, bearing 1864 perf. 12 1/2 1d. lake and 1/- deep yellow-green each cancelled with Gothic "t" in circle (CNA.4), showing blue despatch d.s., crayon "1/4" and "1", and red London Paid transit c.d.s.; upon redirection India 1856-64 1a. brown applied and left uncancelled. The envelope with tear through flap and top of face panel caused through opening, and a little soiled.
