1841-53 One Penny Red-Brown Imprimaturs Plate 77, AA-AB rejoined pairs of plate 77 and plate 77b in deep to dark red-brown with some plum overtones, each showing the plate number, "77" and "b 77", and margin inscription; some stamps with slight trimming of the top margin. A remarkable and highly desirable matched pair. Plate 77 was issued with the variety "B blank" instead of "BA" which was corrected and the plate given the "B" prefix Estimate £ 5,000-6,000 22 stamps were removed from both imprimatur sheets.
