Orange Free State 1878 6d. imperforate colour trials on soft unwatermarked paper in the issued colours of the 1d. in brown, the 6d. in rose and the 1/- in orange, each in a block of twelve (6x2) from the top of the pane with plate number "1" and annotated "Color for 1d. Duty.", "Color for 6d. Duty" and "Color for 1/- Duty" respectively. A spectacular trio from the panes originally in the De La Rue archive, and unique as such Estimate £ 5,000-6,000
