x New Zealand 1864-67 watermark Large Star, perf. 12 1/2, 1d. orange-vermilion vertical pair, variety imperforate between, both neatly cancelled "9" at New Plymouth, an unsuccessful attempt has been made to perforate between the stamps at right leaving two blind perfs. and a very small tear.
