Singapore Covers and Cancellations 1867-72 Issue 1878 (9 Jan.) entire registered to Genoa, bearing 4c. rose (2) and 12c. blue, all cancelled by light "B/172", showing Singapore c.d.s. and small boxed "r" (Type R12, earliest recorded date) in red, and framed "regt letter no...."
