Singapore Early Letters and Handstamps 1831 (12 Aug.) entire letter to Edinburgh, rated "1/-" (deleted) and "1/6" and showing, on reverse, framed "singapore/p.o." d.s. in red (Type PS 2) overstruck by framed "india letter/dover" and small boxed " 1/2" (on face).
