Singapore Early Letters and Handstamps 1829 (5 Oct.) entire letter from Malacca to England, rated "1/1" and showing, on reverse, the rare framed "singapore/p.o." d.s. in black (Type PS 2) for 14th November, wrongly struck step-type "romney/ship letter" overstruck with framed "india letter/romney" and red arrival datestamps.
