BulgariaLater Issues1921, Occupation of Macedonia, 10st. (Mt. Shar) in pair used on 30 June 1922 10st. stationery money order form from Trin to Glanovtzi, tied by c.d.s. on dispatch, with 4,40 leva being paid in cash (figure denoted in manuscript in centre at top). As a consequence of a Yugoslavian protest regarding the commemoration of the occupation of Macedonia in this issue printed in Berlin (it was intended to be sold in 1917 and was delivered in 1921), these stamps were withdrawn shortly after being into circulation, having been valid for only 17 days from 11 to 28 June 1921; this extraordinary usage, two days after the period of validity on 30 June, demonstrates that it was exceptionally accepted for internal mail -on this day, it was sent an official note to postal clerks warning them of not accepting this issue for postage-. This is one of the rarest semi-modern issues, non-philatelically used, on cover; on money order form, it represents a unique usage, further enhanced by being accepted out of the period of validity and representing the latest use recorded of this issue.
