BulgariaLater Issues1919, Provisional "5+" 5st. postal stationery card with matching Cyrillic "Postal Station/Sofia" cachet with coat-of-arms in centre, sent to Göteborg (Sweden) and upfranked1917-19 25st., tied by Sofia c.d.s. on dispatch, and arrival alongside. As a result of the increase in the rate for inland postcards, from 5 to 10 stotinki, and due to the scarcity of available 5st. denominations, in March 1919 3,000 postcards were provisionally "5+" surcharged with a postal cachet for validation in centre, in order to avoid fraudulent usages.
