BulgariaLater Issues1911, "PCP" ("Par Certificate postale") overprint, 25 st., paying the registration fee for the postal return of a telegram receipt, tied by bilingual "Sophia/12.I.914" c.d.s. on registered envelope sent to the telegraphic section of the Berlin Post Office, with paper seal and c.d.s. applied on arrival on reverse. Few folds not affecting the franking. The "PCP" overprint on this issue is scarcer than applied on the previous "Prince Ferdinand" values. Cert. Hitzler. Photo
