Telegrams, Telegraph & Telephone Stamps - The Professor Shaul Ladany Collection, Part IIRussian Post Offices AbroadMongolia1881, Dec. 29. Telegram folded form from St. Petersburg to Peking, initially sent to Toizkossawsk in Transbaikal, from there being forwarded to the Frontier P.O. of Kyakhta, situated on the border between Siberia and Mongolia, where the franking, with 7k. black and carmine, paying part of the 30 kopeks fee stated inside, was tied with single c.d.s.
