Founded in 1905, in Venice, by Giuseppe Volpi, the Company was a important manufacture of “installations for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity in Italy and abroad”. Volpi was its president for 30 years. The Company played an important role in the industrialization of Veneto. In 1962 the Company was nationalized, becoming a part of ENEL. Many stamps showing different increases of the Company’s capital. Many small holes mainly from pins. VF.
